It can boost your mood and relieve any pent up stress you may have and is the ultimate mindful activity, with benefits that stretch far beyond the physical. 

Kickboxing works as a form of meditation in the way that it forces you to be in the moment and leave all your worries behind for the duration of your workout. Overall, mindful Kickboxing encourages a healthier lifestyle, which benefits physical and mental wellbeing, sleep, eating, and self-care and compassion.

Our main focus is on individual sessions as we believe clients benefit more from this and for your own personal achievements and goals. (Will consider small groups). To experience the full kickboxing benefits of the workout we recommend sessions between 45-90 minutes long, these can be in the comfort of your own surroundings or at a location of your choice, however we leave that to the client to how long you would like each session.
