Mindful Kickboxing

A kickboxing fitness routine has a lot to offer. It is one of the best ways for weight loss through exercise and achieve the body of your dreams. It can boost your mood and relieve any pent up stress you may have and is the ultimate mindful activity, with benefits that stretch far beyond the physical.

Kickboxing works as a form of meditation in the way that it forces you to be in the moment and leave all your worries behind for the duration of your workout. Overall, mindful Kickboxing encourages a healthier lifestyle, which benefits physical and mental wellbeing, sleep, eating, and self-care and compassion. Our main focus is on individual sessions as we believe clients benefit more from this and for their own personal achievements and goals. (Will consider small groups). All sessions are in the comfort of their own surroundings or at a location of their choice if required.  All sessions are 60-90 minutes long.

We personally recommend to clients 90 minutes sessions to experience the full benefits of the workout, however we leave that to the client to how long they would like each session.
