We specialise in working closely with enforcement agencies such as the police and Bailiffs when it comes to the removal of trespasser on private, commercial properties or council land which does not belong to them for example travellers.

We also assist with the removal of a tenant from rental property by the landlord. In some jurisdictions it may also involve the removal of persons from premises that were foreclosed by a mortgagee.

We are aware of the disruption and amount of problems travellers can cause when it comes to evicting them out of your property or off your land.

Our fully trained teams can assist and evict travellers from commercial properties and public spaces throughout the UK.  We can deploy the same day if required, at short notice and are available 24/7. We usually resolve the situation the same day or within a couple of days.

As a private landlord you do not require a court order to repossess your property or land. You are allowed to evict travellers and their vehicles under Halsbury's Law of England and The Common Law who set up camp on your premises, they are responsible for the removing their little and any other waste whilst on your premises.

Under the Common Law, this is endorsed by the UK Government. For additional information on removing gypsies from your land, Home Office Guidance on the Removal of Illegal Encampments.
